This page is the short version of what you can hold this service to. Four commitments, and an honest line about where they stop.
No voicemail, no office hours
Any hour, any day: the line is answered. A burst pipe at 2am is the ordinary case for this trade, not the exception.
No charge for the call or the connection
Using this service costs you nothing. No charge to call, none to be connected, and none for whatever quotes you collect. Only the work you hire is paid for, and you pay the contractor directly.
You are connected to a licensed local contractor
The connection goes to a licensed, insured independent contractor working in the Sullivan area rather than to a call centre two states away. Confirm the license and the insurance yourself before anyone starts — it is your right and your responsibility.
Not the right contractor? Call again
Should the match go wrong, one more call puts you in touch with a different contractor. No fee, no form, no explanation needed beyond “that one did not work out”.
The honest limit of all of this
This service does not stand behind the work, and it would be dishonest to suggest otherwise. The contractors are independent businesses; the quality of the job, and any guarantee on it, come from the contractor you hire.
